Spendings module consist 3 main types : Costs, Expenses, Acquisition. Each spending type consists several categories. You can also create your own custom categories to categorize your spendings correctly.


You can easily get monthly tax reports (tax payable/tax receivable) over taxes page. For all sales that was completed, tax payable information is automatically retrieved from WooCommerce. Tax receivable information is automatically retrieved from spendings you made. You can also record your taxes paid to track your yearly tax balance accurately.


All payments received/made are recorded into choosen accounts, so you are able to track account balances for each month. You can also simulate transfers between accounts to reflect actual balance for each account. Default payment gateways for your online store can easily be added as accounts with a single click.


For each product in your WooCommerce store, you can set stock levels and add new units into stocks. You can also set unit cost (Cost of Good Sold) each time you add new inventory record. Inventory page also provide estimated run out date and profit margins for each product. As a WooCommerce store owner, you will also know total stock value of your store instantly, on-demand.
